These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ForwarderScanner (the "Service") operated by ForwarderScanner ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Accounts must be registered with accurate information and used by the person or organisation named at registration.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us at support@forwarderscanner.co immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. The Service
ForwarderScanner provides a searchable directory of freight forwarders, gated contact unlocks, quote comparison tools, and shipment tracking features. Directory data is compiled from public sources, licensed feeds, and voluntary claims — see our Privacy Policy. Data is provided on a best-effort basis and may contain inaccuracies. Verify time-critical information directly with forwarders before acting on it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download directory or contact data beyond your plan quota.
- Resell, sublicense, or republish unlocked contacts without a written commercial agreement.
- Use unlocked contacts for unsolicited bulk marketing (spam) in violation of applicable anti-spam laws.
- Circumvent contact gating, rate limits, honeypots, or authentication controls.
- Probe or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorisation.
- Use the Service in a way that overloads our infrastructure or degrades it for other users.
5. Plans, fees and quotas
Free accounts receive a limited number of contact unlocks per calendar month. Pro and Data plans provide expanded or unlimited unlocks and may include CSV export. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC.
Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app banner.
6. Directory data and intellectual property
ForwarderScanner, its mark, UI, code, documentation, and the curated forwarder database are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Unlocked contact data is licensed for your internal business use only — not for resale or redistribution. Company names and logos shown remain the property of the respective forwarders.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that directory records are complete, current, or that contact details remain valid.
8. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms breaches, payment failure, or abuse (including scraping). On termination you lose access to paid features; we retain records as required by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye.
